I don?t know if they?re under staffed or if they just don?t fu&# care, but I?ve tried this place on numerous occasions and today... was the last. Waiting 35 minutes only to find out they ?lost? your order is unacceptable. To mention when they finally deign tomake the food you paid for they toss the paper bag in your direction without even offering an apology for their mistake.Literally the WORST customer service I?ve EVER received in my life. I come here and order 2 drinks. 1 medium strawberry refresher with coconut milk and 1 medium latte with whole milk, sugar and... hazelnut. The lady at the window gives us just a strawberry refresher with water and we tell her its coconut milk. Then shebrings another one back, the same as before with just water and we tell her again. Coconut milk. Then she brings us a strawberryrefresher with oat milk. And we tell her again for a 4th time, coconut milk. Then she yells at the workers in the back "She saidits wrong go ahead and make that drink for the 4th time." And then she tells us the price, and to pull around the front sothey'll bring it out to us. I did not get a receipt or anything. Visited on Sunday labor day weekend 2022 around 5pm. The service I received at that time was minimal. It was unfavorable and... disappointing, leaving me unsatisfied. It could be that the worse two employees were working and other days/times are betterserved. Maybe an opportunity for that may arise. Read more
I really tried to give this location a chance because they are so close, but it?s terrible every time I visit. The only way... they?ll get your order half way right is going through drive-thru which is 2ft long and always backed up. Save your timeordering via mobile. They are not going to make it until you get there any way. You?re better off showing up and waiting inline. Manager is rude. Staff works hard, sometimes friendly. However be prepared to hear candid convos littered with profanityfirst thing in the AM if that?s your scene. Read more
I been at the drive thru for 12 hole minutes waiting on someone to assist me. The time was officially 8:50pm. I understand the... place closes at 9pm but to not be helped at all before close is bad customer service. I sat behind a car for a total of 10minutes (excluding the 12) and I heard an employee yell at the customer to drive around. A young lady, African American, heavyset with thick side burns looked at us at the checkout window and walked away. Completely unacceptable. All I wanted was acoffee. Read more

Shamona was so sweet and kind. Gave me the biggest smile :) She offered to make me a drink similar to what I like since they... didn?t have some of the drinks on the menu.
