This Roswell location is the worst!!! The YOUNG staff is rude and does not care about customer service at all. The owner or... manager of this location really needs to hire staff that will provide great customer service and are pleasant to the people whocome in to pay for these high priced smoothies, juices and snacks. This location is convenient but I absolutely hate going therejust because I know the service I will receive will be rude and bad. I?ve ordered from Clean Juice a handful of times through Postmates. At least half the time the order is incorrect. I typically... order the veggie wrap with a gluten free tortilla and many times the tortilla clearly isn?t gluten free. It?s easy to tellbecause of texture and consistency. This isn?t acceptable for someone with a food allergy. It makes me question if when I ordera smoothie with hemp protein if it contains whey. Today was my first time trying this place. I usually get a Chick-fil-A biscuit in the morning, but I thought I?d be healthy... today. Even though, I didn?t care for the sandwich, I did like my smoothie. The only thing I didn?t like was the bananas were alittle chunky. I like my bananas blended all the way through because when you?re sucking through a straw, you don?t want to haveto chew. (If that makes sense) Other than that, I liked it. Read more
I love Clean Juice but they are very rude at this location. None of the young individuals working greet you or engage with you... at all. It also has taken over 30 minutes just to get order on several occasions. This is the only location I?ve been to whereeveryone is extremely rude and lack customer service skills. Yikes. They also mess up my order every single time I come ignoringthe notes printed on the cup or bowl. Literally I have been to this location well over 10 times and my order has only beencorrect once. When I order add ins like pitaya, it is never in my cup but I am always charged for it and it is written on thelabel. When I ask for things off, they are always on.
