Stopped in after checking out the farmers market. Nice French café. We split a chocolate almond croissant, which was very good,... I definitely want to try their other pastries. I had their iced coffee, which was also good. My wife had an iced latte with oatmilk, also good. I saw they have hot chocolate so when it cools down i do want to try that. They also have a variety of itemsoutside of pastries, so if you're in the Sandy Springs area this place is worth a visit. Read more
Unplanned visit but glad we ended up at this place. Super friendly staff and love the way they made sure their guests are... comfortable. We were taking pics and at that very moment this chef walked out and asked us if he is ok to capture shots forus. We ordered crossiant with smoked salmon, baguette with grilled chicken, pear tart and the last but not least passion fruitpastry. Chef gave us a complimentary coffee ? too. Very clean dine-in and good ambiance too. Way better than many starbuckslocation I've visited lately. Now it make sense that "Happiness always comes in small packages". ?? Neighborhood Parisian-themed cafe within the friendly Sandy Springs area. The owner is very thoughtful and you can see the heart... he pours into the shop through his interactions with customers. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's free 2 hour parkingalong the street Café Vendôme is located. It can be difficult to find a spot on weekends since this area gets ratherpopular. II. SERVICE Very thoughtful & accommodating. The owner makes it very personable & homey. III. QUALITY I got an icedAmericano. It was a little watered down for my preference, but I like my coffee very dense and acidic. Not everyone likes it asrich as me. IV. CAPACITY An available seat was always open during my stay. Excellent high quality, freshly made pastries with a price to match. I ordered the chocolate orange cake, and it was incredible.... Soft, delicate flavor balance, high quality chocolate, and very moist. The environment is a little noisy when crowded, so youmight want to think about getting a to-go order unless you are okay with some noise. Read more
