I placed an order for delivery with this Cafe On Pharr location. They refused to make a small change to the order. I wanted and... thought I order celery chicken salad to add to my garden salad. Once I received the receipt I notice it said adding GrillChicken. I immediately called the restaurant to explain the mixup and request a change from grilled chicken to celery chickensalad. After calling 4 locations because the address wasn?t located on the app I order from- I spoke to a male staff member thatrefused to make any changes to the order including removing the grilled chicken. Never in the 6 years I been supporting the CafeOn Pharr Franchise have I had such a disappointing experience. My recommendation is to try another location. Read more
