This place has amazing food and excellent service!! We went with a group of six and they were extremely accommodating. One of... our family has noise sensitivity and they turned the music off in the separate room and put us near the back. 1st time anyrestaurant has done something like this for us! The food was fantastic as well. We ordered the patty melt, tuna salad croissant,vegetable minestrone soup, chicken biscuit with pimento cheese, salmon eggs Benedict, tomato soup, chicken salad, and bloodyMary?s. Service was awesome. Sitting out on the back porch, the view is incredible and so liberating. Had the egg white scramble and it... was very watery and wet on the bottom, didn't taste good at all. Sub par service, food, coffee, everything. I decided to try out this place while I was waiting on my daughter to get out of camp... which is in the same parking lot. I arrived at 11:25, the guy who sat me was nice and that?s were it ended. They asked me toswitch tables for a party of 6 who had a baby with them, which I didn?t mind because I wanted a spot with less noise to studyfor a minute. At 11:41 no one had bother to come take my order. A blonde lady I?m guessing was the owner or manager walkedpassed me at least 4 times and side eyed me each time as if she wondered why I was there and blatantly ignored me even thoughshe?d seen me sitting there for a while now with a menu waiting. I had to finally ask her if someone was coming to take my orderor do I go place it at the counter. She said she would send someone then took it herself. By the time the food came out mydaughter was out of camp so I had to send the waffle back. The eggs did not have a drop of salt or pepper on them and thesausage was tough. I asked for caramel flavor in my coffee and it tasted like water with a pinch of coffee added. They seemed tocare more about catering to the party of six that arrived after I had already been seated. There was only like 3 other tablesoccupied, so I don?t get the tacky service. Could it be because I was the only black person in the cafe? Terrible food and ridiculously slow service. I ordered the spicy fried chicken Benedict. Eggs were cooked through and the... hollandaise was cold. My partner order the egg salad sandwich and couldn?t finish it because it was also bad. The server tookback plates with approximately half the food still on the plate, but never asked about the quality. The table next to us wasable to sit down, get their food, eat it all, and leave, between my table receiving drinks and getting food. Arbitrarilyterrible service. Sub par at best. Sadly, when I walked in it was very humid inside. The cooking area is directly connected to main sitting area... which I guess is the reason why it was so hot in there. Our server didn?t seem to care much about us and seemed annoyed when wewould ask for something. Food wasn?t anything special either and was way over priced. Will NOT be going here again. Read more

HIDDEN GEM! Popped in here by chance craving a breakfast sandwich and so glad we did. We sat on the back patio and ordered... coffees, spicy fried chicken Benedict, and corn beef hash and it was all delicious.
