Good food, but beware the weight amounts listed. The store fixed the order when I came back in, but they give you 7 nuggets for... the boneless 1 pound order - which came out to be 1/2 pound when I weighed it with sauce. I imagine I might have been the firstperson to check and call them out on this, but it?s not a good sign that wing nuts doesn?t seem to know how to use a scale??????? edit: the store didn?t actually fix it. ?Boneless wings? are actually just pieces of skinless chicken breast. The service is slow. Out of the 3 times I have gone they... always blame on only have 1 cook and 1-2 servers(including the bar) It has always taken at least 45min to get food tot ehtable. Always love this place. Roughly $10 gets you like 6 wings, a side salad, and a beer. Perfect for killing an hour and hanging... out. Sauces are all excellent. Unfortunately, they are suffering from labor shortage issues as well. This visit, there were 5-6empty tables, but we overheard the waitress saying that it was a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. We went elsewhere that night, but ithas no impact on my view of Wing Nutz. Everyone is going through this. We haven't found a restaurant in the last 6 months thatwasn't on a huge wait. Just a standard restaurant, nothing fancy, was a 3 hour wait a few weeks back. We'll go again, and we'lllove it just as much as we always did! ???? Read more
Absolutely terrible all around. We went in for what we thought would be a quick lunch, nope. Took 45mins for our food to coke... out. The server was so bad, slow no sense of urgency or a care at all. He was at the bar eating his wings right after takingour order was so nasty. They only had 3 tables with us. The cook was slow and same thing no sense of urgency not prepared atall in the kitchen. Solid wings, nice place. We went pretty late, and even then the service was pretty good. For being baked, the wings are pretty... good. The flavors were the most impressive part -- particularly the "southern hotties" which is like a smokey valentinas, andthe parmesan curry, which is one of the best stand-on-its-own sauces I've had. The chili garlic is also a good mild flavor (noheat, just sweet and garlic) and the jalapeno BBQ is also pretty solid. The appetizers chips were also pretty good, and had analmost grilled flavor when ordered "spicy". Read more
Wing Nutz in Sandy is phenomenal. We got the sampler with only bone in and added 4 extra bone in wings and another order of... mixed chips. This was perfect for our party of 4. We highly recommend the Honey Jalapeño, Curry Parmesan and RaspberryChipotle. Next time we are going to try the Apricot Teriyaki. Because everything is made fresh, it takes a bit longer to getyour food but it is well worth the wait! Read more
