My food was decent. Par for the course at taco bell. But my drink was flat. The guy at the drive thru window asked if I wanted... another of the same. Really? It's flat. The next one will be too. Seems he didn't notice the red light was on for the beverage.That means something is wrong, dude. The window stayed open for awhile I could hear the whistle sound when only carbonation isgoing through the line. Seems no one here at 8pm on 9/18 knew the syrup needed to be changed. Management: properly train yourstaff. And put a trash can outside the drive thru window if you aren't going to throw away your mistakes. Read more
I do not do reviews this kind of stuff let alone give a bad score but This has to be one of the worst services I have ever... gotten. Ordered a steak quesadilla with soft taco and a beefy 5layer. He asked me if I wanted rescues beef on my 5layer I saidyes. Get to the window no 5layer. Ok they made it I paid for that separate I open the bag and my 5layer is flatter than mygrandmas pancake. OK, it?s not my favorite place to eat. Every time I decide to go through the drive-through, I am reminded of the time I got sick... eating at a Taco Bell. The other day was no different. Dine in is never an option for labor shortage, which I get .. to an extent. My issue is how empty the tacos are. There is no... meat, very little cheese or lettuce. At least before they would fill it with lettuce to make it look full. They say a teaspoonis what every taco gets, then why aren?t they $.79 still? We got the party pack and they were all like this. So I get that nothing ever looks like the stock photo but seriously? These portions were definitely not what I was expecting nor... was it worth the money i paid. I was adamantly advised by the employees that the portions they are required to give are ONEspoonful for each ingredient. As you can see in the photo, that doesn't even kind of fill the tortilla. There were other peoplein the dining room that said they had the same issue and complained. Management, yall should probably reconsider the portions soyour employees dont have to have these uncomfortable conversations with customers. Read more
This is my first 5 star experience at a Taco Bell. Good customer service and the burritos are wrapped tightly with ingredients... spread out. Who ever made them should be given a six figure salary to train and audit everyone at various locations! Read more
The food was about as good as any other taco bell meaning it was quite tasty. Unfortunately it seems my quesadilla fell very... short. I have been to this location a few times and at least a third of the time I'm either mission something I ordered orsomething similar to the queso tragedy happens where I'm severely lacking. This is the second worst location I have ever beentoo. The worst had an infestation of cockroaches and I think mice. I didn't even try eating there. Read more
