This is the best Subway in Sandy. Friendly, helpful staff and fresh ingredients.
My girlfriend and I wanted wanted to get a quick bite nearby after work. Granted we could of came earlier if we weren?t caught... up with other things, but this spot is about a minute away from home (not an exaggeration). Needless to say this Subway is opentill 9 pm, the open sign was lit as well the store being fully lit itself, but the doors were locked at 8:45 pm. If you decideto close early make it clear to your customers please. We drove to another one 10 mins away and they were able to help us evenwith it being 8:55 pm when we showed up. Read more
Ugh. I've just had the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. Tried to use a physical coupon. She tells me it's expired.... Ok my fault. I go "Oh most apps (Wendy's, Mc Donald's) have a load coupon option and I have the app" to find out all deals onapp are mobile order only by the employee informing me after giving an irritated sigh. So no deal for me but the sandwiches arealready made so I reluctantly pay. Get home to find out that their toaster oven must not be working because my sandwiches arecold and not toasted. I watched the employee put it in the toaster and it had the timer like it usually does. So I do thereasonable thing and try to call Subways to let them know it's broken. Phone number not working. I try to Submit a ticket viatheir GuestCare to let them know how it went. It wants information on my receipt. I never got my receipt. It was never offeredto me or handed to me. It REQUIRES information from the receipt to send in a response. So I can't let them know of the issuesI've encountered. At every step I've had issues and wasn't happy with how this turned out. My inability to report a non-deal-edcold sandwiches from an agitated employee made this a 1/10 for me. Read more
