We had a complicated order for 2 of the 3 drinks but they pulled them off with no issues!
They're out of oatmilk. Sorry: they're "experiencing a shortage." (No one else is, and the stores are stocked. Makes sense to... run to a store for a half gallon of oatmilk for $5.50 since they'll make up that $$ with one drink, but no.) They discontinuedpistachio because it's not a "summer drink." Huh? Waited in the drive through behind only 5-6 cars for roughly 25 minutes today (a Saturday morning at 11AM), to find out this... location was closed (despite it showing as open on Google). The wait was cars waiting to have their orders taken, only torealize no one was there to take their order. I had called their number while waiting in line, and there was no voice messagestating they were closed. I think we can all agree being stuck in a drive through line you cannot get out of is entirelyfrustrating. When I drove past the location 15 minutes later, there was still a line of at least 10 vehicles in the drivethrough while the location was still closed. Not updating business information on Google has caused multiple people to wastetheir time, and possibly miss scheduled engagements like I did. Ordered a venti sweet cream cold brew with a double shot. Having ordered it all summer, you can taste espresso,band see the... darker color. This definitely did not have either. I asked at the window if they git my double and he said yea definitely, which was apparently not true. Super disappointed considering it's a 6 dollar drink.. not a fan of this location. Read more

I'm a regular customer and I need the staff to know how good of a job they are doing here. Every time I come the staff is so... kind to me and their positivity and their smiles brighten my day (especially Lindsey). Their service is above and beyond, thespeed is amazing and I can confidently say that this is my favorite Starbucks I've ever been to.
