pretzels are fine, customer service is terrible. we waited at least 15 minutes all while our pretzels were sitting on the... counter the whole time without anyone notifying us. we also saw an employee eat multiple pretzels on the job while preparingother customers food. Read more

We went to the store next to Pretzelmaker and it?s run by the same people from Pretzel maker. They sell crepes and they had... little or no chicken inside and they broke. It was a reap off and they charge .25 Cents for a a cup for water. I was verydisappointed.The crepes are flour tortillas. Read more
This is my favorite place to go to if I?m also shopping at the mall. I love the pretzels but not the customer service. Each time... I?ve come the girls cashiering are put out and don?t want to help the customers that help put some money in their pocket bycoming here. Also, wear gloves. Worst pretzel maker ever I bought pretzels here on December 3 Friday around 6 pm I paid for a large pretzel and a water cup my... daughter wanted some sprite and it was a really small cup so I thought it would be okay as I was pouring the drink the workergrabbed it out of my hand and threw it away a white male around 30 years old and gave me a new cup for water then proceeded totry to take my pretzel sayinf the sprite would come out of his paycheck and he wanted to take my pretzel back after I payed forthem and got in my face.
