Deliciously light fluffy bread with a toast, I'd prefer a darker crispier toast so recommend customers get that option. Overall... a great option for sandwiches, I think I'll try the meatier options here, the chicken avocado I ordered wasn't bad but it alsowasn't something special with the chicken deli meat slices it would have been better to have whole seasoned chicken for this. Ordered two sandwiches. The Short Rib sandwich was outstanding! Delicious flavor?the ribs and onions were a great pair. The... Turkey Bacon sandwich was very basic. Nothing special about it. I settled on the Short Rib Melt for my first ever Melty Way Sandwich. The sandwich was fairly sweet from the sauce. But it was a... good lunch. The bread was nice and crispy and not soggy. The cheese wasn't super melty. Fries were good too. The wait time wasappropriate as well. I realized after I was never asked but I also didn't add that I really wanted it to go. So it came out on anormal paper plate. I did end up having to ask for a bag to take the other half home for later. Read more

We ordered the chicken avocado and the fajita melt and they were both good. The fajita melt is spicy because of the jalapeño... but still tasted good. The fries were crispy and you have to ask for a sauce if you want any (they only have ketchup). Theyserve the food on a plate that you see at barbecue parties. I would like to try their other menus in the future. The bread wascrispy too on the outside. For my meal at least, they put a lot of cheese and other ingredients too. I can't decide which Iliked better because both menus were satisfying to me. The customer service was just meh. I think the way they set up their areais similar to Subway because you can see what ingredients they have and they make the sandwich right in front of you. Read more
Placed a door dash order. It took them over 20 minutes to even approve the order. There?s basically nothing inside my sandwich.... They mixed up the whole order too. One sandwich I didn?t want sauce. The other I did want sauce with Avocado. The avocado was onthe sandwich with no sauce. I had more avocado than I did meat! Honestly, i could have made a better grilled cheese at home.Won?t be coming back unless they can make things right. Read more
