We love Jimmy John?s, however, our most recent experience at this location wasn?t great. We ordered on the app and waited 10+... minutes in our car for our food. I went in to see if they were working on it and they hadn?t even started. I waited another 5+minutes. Our order was also wrong which was disappointing. :( Read more
Yuck, Terribly made sandwiches. The worst sandwich ive ever had from Jimmy John's. Barely any lettuce and it was soaked in... water, the whole thing was mush. Terrible service, was it everyone'sfirst day? Bunch of kids having a party at work, singing anddoing anything but working?! Go to another location that has an adult or two working there, perhaps you can have a real JimmyJohn's sandwich at another location. I placed an order for delivery today at 11:39. The order was delivered at 1:01 so 1hour and 22 minutes later. They only... delivered one of the two sandwiches ordered so it is now 1:39 and my second sandwich has finally arrived. Today marks the thirdand final time they have screwed up my order. Last time it was a Turkey Tom sandwich but they put ham instead of turkey. Beforethat I ordered a Pepe that arrived with nothing but ham in the bread. Will not patronize this establishment again! The customer service here is non-existent. Last month I sent feedback for one particularly terrible visit and the manager... reached out to me and offered a gift card. It was nice to see that they want to make it up to me, until the gift card nevershows up and I never hear from them again. The overall experience would have been better had they not even pretended to try. Nowtonight, it was 39 minutes from the time the app said it was out for delivery and when it arrived. I'm a 3 minute drive. I couldhave walked there and back faster. Twice. I'm not likely to ever order from here again. Read more
Last week I ordered delivery from this location and to be honest, wasn?t very pleased. That being said, I left them feedback on... the website and was pleasantly surprised that I actually got a response. They reached out and very apologetic and offered tomake it right. I was still not really expecting anything more to come if it, but last night I came home and had a gift card fromthem at my door! Very happily surprised at the follow thru and impressed that they brought it right to my door (I don?t live inSandy)! I will certainly be back for more lunch at this location. Read more
The night crew is killing it! Tons of orders to fulfill by tomorrow morning, hardly anywhere for them to prep boxes (they left a... couple of tables open for dine-in customers) and they were all still so nice. Thank you! Read more
The food here is aways good but I ordered my food to be delivered and they completely disregarded my customization I wanted. I... even paid more to get extra meat and cheese and I get what is 100% the normal amount. Read more
