I have a free pizza on the app about to expire because about a month ago it took FOREVER for our pizza to be delivered (I even... tried to cancel my order but they didn't answer the phone in the 20 min I let it ring while I folded laundry). Now the app issaying credit cards are not being accepted right now?? That's convenient. This location has been a joke every time I haveordered for two years now. They even delivered a pizza I did not order to me that was supposed to go FIVE houses down onChristmas eve (do they even check addresses anymore??) Of course they didn't answer the phone when I called to let them know!Luckily for my neighbor I walked it to them cause I'm sure they wouldn't have gotten ahold of dominoes to fix it ???? Read more
I was honestly pleasantly surprised. I?ve had Domino?s many times. This was the best pizza by far. I took advantage of a 50%... off promo and got a deluxe with the New York style crust. I was excited to take advantage of the special 50% off week for online orders but now I don't even think this location exists.... You can't order online EVER and if you try to call in an order they will NEVER answer their phone. You have to wonder whatthey're doing all day if it's impossible for anyone to order. You'd have better luck getting a pizza from Burger King than youwould this Domino's. Read more
main issues: 1. You have no idea when your order will be ready until you submit it (and pay) 2. Once you do submit the order on... the app, the pick up time you're given will be about 45-60 min earlier than your order will actually be ready. 3. If you want tocancel your order because of these issues, you'll need to go in because they don't answer the phone. About a month ago Iordered from this location for pickup via the Domino's app. I was given about a 45 min time frame for my order to be complete.However, about 60 min after placing my order the Domino's Order Tracker still said my order was "being prepared" (translation:"not started") I thought there must be an issue with the tracker so I went into the store. I was told it'd be about another 45min or so because they were short staffed. I understood and sat and waited. While I was waiting I noticed a few things. Thephone was ringing and ringing multiple times. I didn't see anyone answer it for the entire time I was sitting there. Anothercustomer entered the store with his cell phone to his ear. When the employee asked if he could help the customer, the customerpointed to the ringing Domino's phone and said "that's me calling you, its been ringing forever". I also noticed that the poortwo people on staff for a dinner rush seemed to be running around busily, but there is no great system for them to crank outorders - an operational nightmare. I ended up getting my order eventually (about 65 min AFTER my estimated pick uptime). Thinking that was just a one-off due to short staffing, I placed an order via the app again at this location two daysago and experienced the same thing. Knowing what I was in for, when the tracker still said my order was "being prepared" 5minutes before my estimated pick up time, I went into the store.
