Been going to B&R for decades. Always top quality and really good ice cream. The staff is hit and miss when it comes to being... friendly and welcoming. Pretty normal these days anywhere. My biggest complaint is the serving size. The scoops used to bepretty generous and have shrunk over the past few years. Now the scoops are smaller than the cone and half the normal size ofold. I guess I will have to order a quad scoop to make up for the double i used to get. Shame on you B&R owner on 700 E 9400 Slocation Sandy. Pretty cheap move. Read more

Dear Cold Stone and McDonald?s , You?re still my firsts and my favorites, I mean McDonald?s you?re my second, but the memories I... have with you are special and unique. Cold Stone, what can I say, you have always been available, ready, and willing to give. Iwouldn?t say I?ve moved on, I just view it as enjoying the uniqueness of options, using an open door to have an experience withthe Baskin, because it too, feels like it can offer up something you others can?t. Store was clean, the girls working there were very welcoming and friendly, the ice cream was great. Don't bother with subzero... down the street. Everything is subpar there. We had a terrible experience right before coming to Baskin Robbins. One high schoolemployee at subzero was rude and they were out of multiple things including waffle cones, expensive and low quality dessert.Night and day difference with Baskin Robbins here. Read more
We stopped off for some ice cream treats after visiting Snowbird today. Milly had an almond waffle cone with snickers and pecan... ice cream. Paula had a waffle cone with chocolate royale and strawberry cheese cake ice cream. I had a sugar cone with rockyroad ice cream. Ben had a large cookies and cream milkshake. 10/10 all around! I am not sure how this location is still around. I had a coupon for a birthday kids scoop. The cashier couldn?t figure out how... to apply it (just scan the barcode?). Her response was ?it?s okay, you can just pay for it.? I also bought a double scoop formyself that was only fractionally larger than the kids scoop. Completely obliviously airheads working here. Time for thislocation to fade away just like the rest of the shopping center has. Old, freezer burnt flavorless ice cream is not worth $5 percup. Went in for a pint of ice cream, they didn?t have one pre-packed in their fridge. Asked to have one packed and they said they... couldn?t do it. They had plenty of the flavor, just didn?t want to fill a pint I guess. Don?t advertise for something your staffisn?t willing to do. Read more
