Staff was a mess, but the food came out great. However, I noticed that they had A LOT of orders coming in, so maybe being in a... hangry mood, I was quick to judge. The fact that my order was only missing the sauce, means they did a great job all togetherstill. I'm giving 4 stars, because I feel like management could have been handled a little better.. maybe next time, don'topenly yell "just get them out of here" to your obviously teenaged employee who was most likely having anxiety from the rush...but again, it was busy with the orders, so maybe that was just a moment of stress coming out from having to manage a bunch ofyoung adults and teens in a situation like that. Never have I taken the time out of my day to leave a bad review because I usually shake it off, but this was a different... situation. I usually go through the drive through for any fast food, but this time I decided to eat inside. I had a problem withone particular employee named Yadnira. I ordered my food with a drink when I realized she hadn?t gave me my drink I went backto the counter and she said she had. After going back and forth, her telling me first she gave it to me then telling me I didn?tpay for it? As if I didn?t have the receipt in my hand, she finally got me my cup which she just slammed on the counter? AnywaysI wait for my food. Once I got it I go to sit down and not one table was clean? Yadnira and another employee who I assume wasthe manager, were the only ones standing around, everyone else was busy. Why wasn?t one table clean? They asked if we wanted our sandwich in a meal? We wanted to know if they carried the orange cream shake, if so, then we would... get a meal and include the shake. But they just kept asking about the meal or not. Otherwise, the sandwiches are good, theshakes are great. Read more
This location provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a customer. The cashier was incompetent and rude.... I've really never seen that before. I asked her questions she couldn't answer then she snapped at me about it. Her responseswere inappropriate and weird. Plus, the manager was yelling at her crew about not working as she was texting gibberish whilesitting in a chair. Also, the crew stood around a lot and the restaurant was messy. All I wanted was adequate service. Not tomuch to ask. Hope they change because I like Arby's. Read more
