The place is clean, they have decent food and drinks for parents BUT the staff is rude and unwelcoming. I feel as if I am... inconveniencing them whenever I have to interact with them. We will no longer be giving whippersnappers our business. As soon asI entered the building I was glared at by a specific woman behind the counter. She didn?t acknowledge my presents at the counterfor a while and then she was very unpleasant and rude for literally no reason. She did not want to help me at all and proceededto tell me that I?ll be charged a dollar more next time if I don?t have a reservation. Which is all fine but there is a betterway to approach customers. She?s absolutely pushing customers away with her bad attitude and inconvenienced approach at doingher job. I don?t feel welcomed and the prices are honestly ridiculous. $15 dollars for 2 hours? and in that two hours god forbid any kids actually run around and have fun. You?re basically paying them to treat you and your kids unwelcome. Read more
Great place for the kids and great staff and ownership that cares. My kids have been there many time and always have a fun time.
This place was very clean, roomy, and nicely kept. The staff is so friendly as seem to be most the people who were there today.... The pizza is a good price and tastes good too. My kids ages 1 and 3 had so much fun they didn't want to leave after their twohours was up. They have fun slides and all kinds of obstacles for the kids. Even I had fun and I'm 30. My only issue with isnothing real bad...is 15 per child for 2 hrs is alot to spend on a playground. It's not alot but when your on a budget and it's30 every time my two boys want to play I'm like yikes lol But for the clean, indoor, a/c ran place it was amazing. Read more
The kids like to play here on a rainy day, so we sometimes drive to Sandy to meet the grandparents to visit here. The play are... is great for the kiddos. They do have food and beer and wine (great for the parents) but the staff gets easily the overwhelmedwith food orders and, unfortunately, are incredibly rude. I ordered a bagel sandwich and it took ridiculously long. They madeit wrong, added bacon (I?m a vegetarian) and they were horrible about having to remake it. This is not the first time the staffhas been rude and snappy. I didn?t realize Whippersnappers meant that the staff would be snapping at you. Read more
Great place for little ones to burn off some steam. My friends kids enjoyed themselves. Make sure to check website for... reservations before you show up though. They do 2 hour slots. We showed up not knowing and only got to stay for an hour. Stillhad fun anyways. Read more
We love Whippersnappers. We have sent family, friends, and clients there. Always raving reviews! The facility is clean, well... maintained, good food selection, and the staff is friendly. Great way for kids to get some energy out an costs less than goingto a movie! This is our go-to play area, even though there are many others much closer to us. The play structure is big and only takes up... half the total play space. The rest is devoted to 2 large bounce houses and a wiggle cart area. There are over 20 tables, sospace is not usually an issue. I wouldn't mind a more expanded menu, but I'm sure they're doing their best there. Read more
Worse by the visit. Owners are not people persons. They are in the wrong business if they're wanting to work the floor. Find a... manager that has social skills and hires staff that smiles and interacts with the customers. Do the books and stay out of site. Read more
