Slowest service ever for very average food that left its mark. We had to wait 45 minutes!!! for a chicken wrap and they didn?t... apologise for being over 25 minutes after the quoted prep time. I have eaten Indian food the world over and 15-20 minutes is thelongest I?ve waited. powdered and not fresh spice and was basically a burrito of mush I could have cooked in college before Iever tasted Anything Indian cooking. To make matters worse it was packed just in paper and foil and ended up peeking andstaining my pants and the food gave me cramps after so not sure where they stored or sourced the chicken. The people before usalso waited a long time and it was not busy as we went there later in the afternoon. The other people in our party are at othervans nearby and were long finished eating and waiting for us when ours arrived. Anywhere else in the world and this place wouldlong be gone. I went today!. Around 5:30 pm I took 15 min to get my food! ( chicken biryani).? And I got sooo pleased! ? Good food takes... time! Otherwise go to McDonald?s period. The chicken was super soft.? Some People gets the idea that a food truck is a fastfood restaurant( well some they are) and you get exactly the same quality back!. The guy was super friendly. It is my first timestoping by!. Definitely I will comeback!. I really hope people will understand that Uber and those other companies makemistakes too!. I believe people should appreciate that ethnic food requires more time and it?s made from scratch a lot ofthem!. If you work for Uber or other companies! ? Be patient otherwise take another order. But, do not blame the food truck!. . Read more
Driving through Sandy OR today and we came across a food truck park. We decided to give it a shot. As we walked through I... smelled the food cooking from Flavour of India. I didn?t notice the Open sign wasn?t lit, but the gentleman came up and took myorder. I ordered the Lamb Vindaloo and he began prepping my order. I was able to see him preparing the vindaloo, adding this andthat. I also others a garlic basil naan. This is easily one of the nest vindaloos that I have every had. The seasoning wasperfect with enough heat that it wasn?t overpowering. The lamb was very tender and cooked perfectly. The naan was very large andextremely flavorful. If ever in the area, give them a try. Read more

First time, today, really good chicken vindaloo! Well marinated and moderately spicy. Not too spicy for full flavor which is... important, but spicy nonetheless! Well done! Waiting for the day you add Gongura! Split it with my dad for lunch, which wasenough, but I could have eaten most of it since it was that good! Read more
