Have made 3 online orders and none of them were ready on time. In fact, they were unaware of the online orders and struggled to... find them. And then with the last time, a dinner order which was ordered 2 hours in advance, I was told that there was notenough original recipe to fill the order. Read more
Waited a few minutes to order inside, ordered?.waited. Watched four customers, all who had their orders incorrect and fixed.... Other customers who ordered after me were given their orders (mine was a single order) and others who were waiting clearlyannoyed. I waited for 25 minutes. Finally got the attention of one worker, who got a manager, made some excuse said sorry,gave me a refund as I did not want to wait any longer instead of waiting even longer for them to get the food they wouldprobably screw up anyways. Incompetent crew, manager rude. Chicken was dry from sitting. I usually post good reviews, but this is the exception. They... forgot to put the 6 cookies with the order that came with the meals. Forgetfulness seems to be the rule, not the exception, asper other reviews. I understand staff shortages, and I usually have the patience of Job. But rudeness I can not tolerate.
