Really wanted this food to be good but my family and I were severely let down. Took almost 3 hours to receive our order and we... were 10 minutes from the store. Most of the order was incorrect and at least two items were completely missing. Ordered twoloaded potatoes and only one showed up. The one that did come was missing sauce and there was a piece of chicken cooked into it.My sister is vegetarian so she couldn?t eat the food even if it tasted good enough to do so. For one of the Philly cheesesteakswe ordered nothing but cheese on it and that somehow managed to arrive incorrect. Ordered and paid for salmon nuggets whichweren?t available. Shrimp and grits were $14 but that only gets you over cooked grits that came with TWO, uncleaned (still hadveins) shrimp. Order in total came out to about $120 and with all the items either missing, incorrect, or subpar we reasonablyasked for a refund. Instead we were offered a $30 credit at the ?restaurant? for later. Could probably work with that if myfamily and I were actually in Sandusky for more than a weekend. I really didn?t want to leave a review but after the piss-poorservice and equally unsatisfactory food here I am. I hope things get better for this place because the menu seems decent, but Icould never in good conscious recommend this restaurant to a human I know. Read more
Website presented well, had no information that the catfish nuggets & fries were unavailable. Took 3 hours to receive an... incomplete and wrong order. Food was miserable. Ordered a large jambalaya, received a small. Ordered a shrimp & grits, received2 bad shrimp & burnt grits. Offered a refund on two missing items and $30 credit on a future visit, there's no need to everyorder from here again. Deserving of a full refund. Read more
I went to the one in Sandusky the Mac and cheese was hard and nasty!! I ordered collard greens and I got cabbage! funnel cake... tasted like old grease received bbq sauce for my mozzarella sticks and I still waited over 20 minutes after I got your order isready text! Read more
If you want a diverse menu and some really good flavourful food, you have to get to The Fresh Pot!! From salads to ribs to tacos... to pineapple bowls they have it. They also just introduced a fried Friday menu where you can get all of your favorite friedfoods when you have your cheat day on your diet. There's also vegan and vegetarian menu options as well. Been there many timesto get that delicious food and it's so good I make the hour long drive to get it. You have to visit this place, you will not bedisappointed! Read more

I ordered mine online. I give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they just had a bad day. I got the seafood boil bag. I... was super excited. However, it was SUPER salty and my potatoes were rock hard. But the flavor was good, corn even better! Maybethey had a bad day? My experience was worth 45$. Read more
