I was on a 12 hour drive back from a thanksgiving vacation with my family and we all decided we wanted burgers from Wendy?s. We... exited in Sand Springs and pulled into Wendy?s. When we ordered, the guy taking our order waited until after we ordered to tellus the card reader has been broken and they are cash only. Not only that, he also was very quiet and never said anything when hecame up to the register. We had to awkwardly start ordering. Our food came out in a decent 4-5 minutes. One more issue though,one of our burgers was cooked rare and was the bloodiest red you can think of on a burger in the center. The other burger wasjust fine, not sure how that happened. Hope to see the establishment improve and learn from this. Read more

Hate leaving low rating... Food was good. staff was good but cleanliness does not exist.. carpet is ripped, stained, mildew... smell... Just nasty... if the main floor is this bad... how is the area where the food is prepared... Read more

Food and service weren't bad, but not exceptional either. The fries were fresh and hot so that was a big plus. The building... could use a few updates, like paint touch ups and such. Good place for a quick bite. Read more

31/ 5/ 2022 i went Wendy to pick up to hamburger. On the way to come home. I ate and recheck in my food and realized that have... the fly inside my food. I came back Wendy immediately in 10 mins to solve it and want to refund my money .The staffs of Wendyaccept this is their fault but they cant solve or refund . They told me to come there again to meet their mananger. On 1/6/2022i came there again and the manager was not there and they continue to suggest me to came back the other days. I came there 3times and no one solve to me. I tried to call in Wendy website to complain and report it but no one answer me . I also send themessage include the phone number and the email to customer service but after 2 weeks . NO ONE call me or feedback to me. Theywas lost the potencial clients like me and my friends.
