It's Taco Bell so you should already know about the food. But my experience was a late evening order, the drive thru was packed... but steadily moving. The lovely voice on the p.a. greeted me cheerfully and said they are totally out of sauce packets. That'smy reason for 4 stars. I ordered a family combo box and 1 strawberry lemonade (which was fabulous!! I recommend trying it!!) Butwas accidentally charged for 4 of them. The manager was quick and swift to fix my drink error and apologized several times. Ilive 45 minutes away from Sandsprings and the food was still warm and fresh when I got home! We orded several burritos and some were customized (no sour cream). I asked the young lady which burritos had sour cream and... which ones didn't and she just stared at me as she had no idea. She didn't mark any of the burritos which is ridiculous.Horrible customer service which in my opinion is a direct reflection of poor management. The food is good when they have it. I don't know of another place that runs out of menu items as much as they do. Even if you... order on the app you get there and they're out of something almost every time. But the customer service is good and they'requick through the drive thru. Read more

They listened to how I wanted my burrito but I seen the man running the hot table get mad I wanted my burrito a certain way. He... added extra beans when I just asked for a small scoop. My burrito was overwhelming with beans. Like come on man, I know your jobsucks. But your the reason all of those people are probably being held back. It takes one person to ruin a kitchen. But it alsoonly takes one to make it better. Whether they?re leaving the kitchen, or entering it. That guy needs to leave and findsomething new. He was very rude. The cashier and manager seemed friendly. But then when we left they were all congregating inthe back.. I know how fast food works. I wouldn?t recommend anyone eat here anymore until they find new management. Read more

Tried to order 3 boxes of tacos and a few other items. Only to be told they would not do that I had to come in. After waiting to... get out of drive through line we go in and wait 10 to never be waited on along w 3 others. We left and went to bueno. They losta large order and money not to mention customer. Just about every time I come it?s ok. Not my favorite location at all, but today they did me wrong. My Crunchwrap had zero to... little meat, cheese, lettuce or love. I asked for 5 sauces and received zero. When I try to call their phone it?s alwaysbusy. Definitely drive down the street for tacos. It?s not worth it anymore. Read more

Drive thru lady was very quick and friendly while taking my order. Food came out warm and it took very little wait time.
