Gave it another chance seeing they had some more staff. So, they were making each order to order, it took 30-40 minutes... consistently for a while. Just went back, got out food Immediately.. yeah. It was old. We were dinning in, no big. Took it backup there because it was actually cold (a little warm on one side from the heat lamp). Turned around and gave us the samechicken. That food is sitting there all day in unsafe temperatures. Definitely reported that. You can't just not through foodout because you don't know how to runt the store. Read more
Owner needs better staff. The employee's have their kids running around the lobby.. the food was cold. The employee's don't... speak English. The lobby was filthy. The bathrooms where not clean. Had a horrible experience at this location. Read more
The French fries were reheated and they we almost cold . The chicken was warm and the honey biscuit was stone cold and too hard... to eat. Usually the food is hot. Read more
Went through drive thru. Food was hot and correct. Updated 8/6/22... Dined in and it was awesome. Usually the places in sand... springs suk but this one is very consistent... Food was HOT and FRESH.. And it was 8pm. Excellent store. Read more

I went into churches to order a family meal of 12 chicken tenders with sides. I was then asked if I wanted dipping sauces. When... I ask for white gravy I was told that there was a charge for white gravy dipping sauce. All the other sauces where free. Nowhere on the menu did it show a charge for the signature dipping sauces. White gravy is listed as a signature dipping sauce. Ifthere is an extra charge for white gravy dipping sauce, it should be listed on the menu. WHAT IS GOING ON CHURCH'S CHICKEN? Thisis just one more reason why people are going to other restaurants for their chicken. Read more
Literally the slowest drive thru I?ve ever been in ( the dining room is closed do to COVID ) they took like a full 10-15 minutes... per car. They also didn?t even remember our order by the time we got up to the window and didn?t tell us they were out ofsomething until we got all the way up to the window. Read more
Worse place I have eaten in a long time. Used to be one of my favs. Chicken sandwich was tough maybe under cooked. Fries were... cold and grease soaked. Maybe their grease was being reused or something. Forgot our jalapeños we paid for. Husbands wasn?t anybetter. Won?t be back! Read more
