It's good, but you got to pay for it, that's for sure, and I'm not full upon the completion of my meal.
Can't beat those loaded potatoes. There's one guy in there though that just complains. He's an older fellow bald. If you seem... him there just leave. He acts like he's bothered to have business. Made me feel bad for eating there. He needs to be let go. Read more

Left the loaf of bread out of my order, wanted me to drive back to the store instead of just refunding my money. Now I have to... call a General Manager because I placed an "online order" and "nothing" can be done now, according to the entire staff. UPDATE:I sent an email as requested, but haven't received a response yet. Not sure why you responded if you had no intentions offollowing up. I suppose you think it makes you look better in the eyes of the people reading these reviews but all you've doneis wasted more of my time and caused further irritation by your total lack of customer service. First time I?ve visited this location in a long time. We had a great experience. Food was great. The staff was so helpful and... friendly. The lobby and restrooms were clean. Will definitely be visiting more often. Read more
The staff was nice and helpful and did a great job with our order. I got the legendary spud with beef brisket and it was so huge... and perfect. My mom got the 3 meats combo and it was good. The hot bbq sauce is barely hot. We also got a cherry cheesecake jarand a chocolate mouse brownie jar, which we haven't eaten yet but they both look amazing. Read more
I will never go back to ribcrib after finally spending the money at Billy Sims. Best BBQ in town.
