I'm so lost at what happened with Starbucks. I loved it before but my drinks were just not up to par. Like cold brew. It... tasted so off. The hours open were minimal and most of the time it was drive through only which meant a forever wait. I neverthought I'd say it but dutch bros. Has it. The flavor and consistency. Starbucks employees have always been amazing but if thequality is gone I can't waste money. Especially when there's 100 other coffee shops. Read more

Tabitha Pitts Starbucks is accepting applications now if you would like to make a difference! Also I believe that straws are a... 3rd party vendor thing who might also might be accepting applications! My drinks are made well and I have never waited 45minutes for a drink at Starbucks, and in order to make the customers in line feel serviced they shut down certain operations tominimize the supposed 45 minute wait for those customers in drive thru or lobby. Today at this Starbucks my sister went to grab a bite of food and a drink before school and it was pretty busy. Because it was... busy one of the employees decided to take her anger (from being busy) out on my little sister by being absolutely rude whichmade my sister breakdown afterwards. Because of it being busy she had to miss school but yet stayed respectful towards theemployees. I believe there was another employee that was a man that gave off that irritated vibe towards her. But my problem iswith this female employee that was being ridiculously rude. Don?t know her name as of now but will find out eventually. I don?tmake reviews but I needed to make this one because whoever that employee is needs to be spoken to about how not to be rude tocustomers just because she?s upset about whatever. Read more
