First time visiting this establishment. Our waitress was on it when we sat down. She took or drink orders quickly and placed our... food order. We got our food order fast and it was hit. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. I would have given a 5 star, Ijust felt like the wings were small for the price. Other then that everything was fantastic! Read more
Good food. The parmesan asiago cheese wings were pretty good. Pricey for the size, but that's part for every restaurant... nowadays. The pork queso dip with chips were so good! That was the star of the show. Read more
Very disappointing experience. Arrived at 3pm. Well before the rush and waited 5 minutes to be greeted. At this point maybe 4... or 5 tables seated. Finally get seated and the server never comes. 13 minutes past before the server comes. Server comes andimmediately blames it on a server who was on a break. Now this server that was on a break must have left, because no server wason a break. Order soda for the 3 of us, 2 come very quick and the 3rd which was a Shirley temple took literally 10 minutes toget. We ordered food at the same time as drinks naturally since we waited so long. I ordered a salad, and the salad isn'tcoming. Server walks by and I asked about the salad, it had been 10 minutes. Finally Salad comes and I ask for extra ranch.Which I did ask at the time of ordering. Server says i already gave you a large dressing and was supposed to give a small, Isaid bring me another. This Salad is for 3 people. It's a big salad. We wait another 15 minutes for the food while our drinksare empty, then server Finally came back so I asked for refills. Finally the food comes and I had ordered a well done pizza. The pizza was undercooked, but of course the server was no where to be found for 10 minutes. Finally she comes back and thentakes the pizza. Pizza comes back and is now soggy, more well done but soggy. At this point I just keep it. Bill comes andthe bill is $12 higher than it was supposed to be, we ordered a family meal and it had a set price. She Finally comes back andshe takes the bill and brings it back and it's still high by a dollar. I showed her on the menu that the family meal on Sundayis $1.00 off, she takes the bill back again then comes back and said the manager said the price raised, I explained that youwill give me the $1.00 and the Manger should update the menus. Not sure what?s going on at this location but it has drastically gone down hill. Last 3 times I have ordered traditional wings... well down with extra sauce. Wings have come out room temperate at best and have had to ask for extra space.. half the wingsbarely had any on them at all. I come to this location at least once a week and it has never been like this. The last month hasbeen the worst experience. Bartenders ignore you. You have to wave to get their attention. I hate to do it, but this pizza was marked for someone else, no biggie. But, when we opened it, it was rock hard and blackened.... The curly fries we received were old, hard and gross. The only good thing decent in the order was the wings, and those wereovercooked as well. Very disappointing to receive this kind of food quality across the board for roughly $60 worth of food.We've ordered here multiple times and usually, the quality is good. The restaurant was closed by the time we received ourorder, so there wasn't anyone to discuss this with. Hence the review. If someone cares to reach out and make the order right,I'd be happy to update the review. In the time being, we're eating boxed Mac and cheese for dinner because this was not edible. Read more
We had avoided coming here based on the reviews. It is hard to understand how the experience varies so wildly. Our server did a... good job. She kept our glasses filled and checked on us regularly. Food took around 17 minutes. Not fast but not terrible. Thewings were good but small. Fries were not as crispy as I would like but not bad. Place was pretty busy. We will try again andsee if we have a different experience next time. Read more
