The "manager" Isis was VERY rude when I called to tell them that they didn't put my sauce in the bag for any on my 4 meals. She... asked why I was calling I said I was letting them know so they didn't screw up anyone else's food and she hung up on me. Ithought it was fairly obvious why I was calling. Honestly, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Sadly this is the closest McDonald's near me so I always prepare for... a bad experience. Slow or busy I always get pulled forward and always have to check my food and condiments that I ask for. Todaywas the last time I go to this McDonald's... All my food was wrong and I was missing two items that I paid for! I was pulledforward from the drive thru and the person read my my items and but didn't even check the bag.. I then have to go inside andasked for my items and condiments that I requested and paid for... It wasn't even busy at the time of me ordering and there wasplenty of staff working??? Not sure if it's lack of training and piss poor management. If the franchise owner is reading this...Fix your management. Read more
The worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. If you live near this one like I do it?s worth the 15 minute drive to avoid it. I?ve... been probably 20 times and the service and quality is terrible. Not to mention that they pull every. Single. Car. Forward towait for their food, then forget to put your burger in the bag. It's Mcdonald's, enough said. Customer service at this one has always been good for. They always give me more then enough sauces... for our family nuggets. Only thing this time was when I got home noticed the large fries were not full and one of the 10 piecenuggets was short so my wife was complaining over the missing nugget and the fries not being full. However remember we split thefood between 3 people so she gets upset when what we normally split gets shorted... Yeah. Keep up the great customer servicethough. Read more
Unprofessional all around, Not sure if management just doesn't care or it's just normal McDonald's operational standards. Either... way completely forgot I was waiting on the side of their store and threw the food away. I could literally still be waiting andthey'd be completely oblivious I would be sitting there. Just ate breakfast there. Tried to do some work on my laptop in the play place as it was away from the hustle and bustle. ... Flies everywhere!! Loud music. When I asked an employee to see if the music could be turned down, he turned to his manager( aslim Hispanic woman). As he started to ask her my question she raised her hand and brushed him off, he was not blue to asked herif the music could be turned down. Terrible management skills, BTW. This place used to be good a couple months ago. Im not sure what happened but now the food is nasty, cold, definitely not... fresh!! They put old fries on the bottom and new ones on top to camouflage and make us think it is fresh. Customer servicedefinitely got worse too. Quarter pounder is supposed to be made when you order, so how come the last 2 that I got, were coldand disgusting?! Please bring the quality back!! Read more
Worst McDonald's across the nation. They ask what kind of sauce everytime and still never give you sauce. I'm not sure who... teaches these people how to communicate with other like acknowledgment or thank you for coming. Or how are you today. I got onetoday that said "are there any deals on the app?"
