Busy busy busy Halloween night! If anyone has worked the fast food/pizza industry before you know this is one of if not the... busiest night rushes. I pulled in and seen a long line of cars in the drive thru so I decided to go in expecting a minimum of a30+min wait. I was able to place my order immediately and was greeted properly. While waiting I watched the only CSR they hadworking the register (all other employees were making food or expediting it appeared) run her butt off taking orders, checkingon order statuses for customers, dealing with attitudes one specifically that was borderline verbally abusive and she (Cindy)was able to maintain her composure. That is very hard to do. In the last couple years I have seen people in the service industrybeing treated like trash and it is absolutely disappointing. Being in the food service business myself, I always strive to treatothers with respect and maintain a level of self control and composure but it is often very difficult. Cindy was completelyoverloaded being the only one up there taking orders and doing shakes ect and she has to be the face of the store while othersare "off screen". It was enough for me to ask her name to make sure she does not go unappreciated. Years ago I had issues withthis location but it has seemed to really make a turn with I believe a new manager, a female if I am correct but do not know hername but has always been good in the drive thru. Our order was *mostly* correct. We had a burger for our child who is autistic and hates mustard, we ordered it with NO mustard,... it still had mustard on it. $12 burger was ruined as she would not eat it. The fries were soggy and mostly cold. We did make amobile order for this order but we only live a few minutes away so the food should have been hot and fresh. It was almost likewe got an old order that someone forgot. I know this location is usually not this bad so we will probably give it another shot,but this visit was not great. Read more
I like fish sandwich and teriyaki chicken not bad, the only thing that bothered me that they give me oreo milk shake and cup was... broken, so instead doing the new one they just put broken cup inside empty one, I didn't see that at first, so all shake wasgoing through the holes after and it was like a trash . I pull up to the drive thru one person in front of me I am happy going to be fast. I ask about the French toast sticks and then... I order them before I can order anything else I hear pull up I will have your total. I say hello and get no response. I pull upafter about a 5 minute wait for the car in front I get there she tells me my to y al and I say I was trying to order a drinkthen I hear a long deep sight I tell her what drink she says the total give her my payment I get the food and drink them mycard. No receipt so I can make sure what I paid for. The window slams and she walks away from the window. I snap a quick pic andleave. If you hate your customer facing job to the point where you are rude find something else. Read more

The tacos were the worst and most dry old tacos I've ever had from Jack in the box. My Jack's spicy was decent but $10 for a... sandwich is insane. They were nice and I love thier soda machine. Read more
