Ordered food to go, the rolled tacos and regular shredded beef tacos were undercooked, it was like they barely deep fryed them.... They were tough and soggy. The torta barely had any chorizo, beans or eggs on it. The Burrito was almost all cheese nothingelse. They did not give us any salsa, even tho we asked for it. This place has gone down hill. Literally was just in there, food was made in a matter of 5-8 minutes which was super quick compared to how long it usually... takes. Brought the food home and both burritos were cold(mind you I live 2 minutes away in the neighborhood behind thislocation) I was able to deal with the Arizona burrito just heated it up but the other basic bean and cheese burrito had someweird white sauce in it and the cheese wasn't even close to melted this burrito was cold. Tried to call see if we can getanother burrito and was met with attitude. That young girl working there needs to up her game on proper customer service. Thefood was made wrong plain and simple. I expected more and was disappointed in general. Although the burritos were consistently delishish, the staple guacamole and... chips were were both stale and unappealing. (See photo) Perhaps if the guacamole was provided separately, it would have beenmore inviting. Also, there was a surcharge of 3% of the total bill. Walked in tonight and ordered 2 carne asada fries and a horchata. Immediately, the girl behind the counter was distracted with... her friend that was hanging out. The girl gave incorrect change, didn?t get our drink and we waited for 17 minutes for our food.People that walked in after us got their food before us. The girl and her friend were so busy talking and laughing that she wasignoring customers. When we finally got our food, we asked for our drink. When we got home and opened our food, we see adisgrace of ?carne asada fries?. It was mostly fries with barely any meat and a small pinch of cheese. If you?re going to makeyour customers wait 17 minutes for food when it typically takes 4-5 minutes, at least make it worth it. Worst experience hereand we will not return again. Read more
