Never go to this location unless you want to be treated rudely, wait for a ridiculous amount of time (over 1 hour), only to be... informed they cannot complete your food/drink order. There is one waitress who simply put is disgusting in how she engages withpatrons constantly complaining about having to work and just about anything else. She was also telling the other 2 waiters tostart cleaning up so they could close early. The cook evidently cut his finger a few days before and had to move extremelyslow. I could possibly have overlooked this had anyone bothered to level set expectations, though the thought of him cooking inthe kitchen ultimately made me thankful I did not receive my food. I ordered 1 shakes and even that was an issue and impossible. I was told they were ?out of paper cups?, so I asked for regular cups that I would return then next day when I came for myrefund (since no food would be given). He returned with 2 EMPTY paper cups. What?! He then said the machine was not working. Mysister and I placed 2 large separate orders and received nothing after waiting for over 1 hour. We witnessed at least 10 patronsbeing turned away who prepaid for a turkey meal because they ran out. How does this large establishment not prepare sufficientfood, yet will gladly accept prepayment? There were no managers on staff on Thanksgiving Day leaving the clueless staffhelpless. My sister and I have since left several messages for the evidently incompetent managers Angel and Diamond (DistrictManager) since they can?t be bothered to return a patron?s call and handle their store?s mess. If I could give this location zero stars I would. We waited for our food for over an hour after already waiting 20 minutes to be... seated. Coffee was only refilled once. When we asked the waiter where the food was, magically it just came out, yet our mealswere cold, the skillet was not hot at all. My country gravy was gelatinous and the chicken was dry and hard. It's so scary eating out these days. Yesterday (11/10) my grandmother and I both got omelets, and within two hours of eating... lunch we were vomiting and had uncontrollable diarrhea. Oh the joys of food borne illness. We are both still incredibly sicktoday and cant take my grandfather (veteran) out to enjoy his festivities. Tried to call to talk to manager and try and let themknow but after two rings the line disconnects. So I guess this is how I'll have to notify the restaurant. If you decide to eathere, you are taking a risk. Managers need to make sure everyone is following proper food/health practices. Oh, and brunch wasover $40 for breakfast plates. everyone who is working the cash registers and the floor seems to be very kind and hard-working ,not a problem with them. They... will cause no inconvenience to your service or meal. It seems like they've undergone New Management though that's causing thema little bit of growing pains. But the team is taking it in stride with a smile. For example, Please change the take-out bagsto proper grocery style bags instead of plastic wrap bathroom trash bags... It may be cost-effective, but The trash bags areflimsy when carrying heavy and hot food. Read more

My family and another 2 parties were kicked out due to them not having any servers. I can't blame the staff but management needs... to improve significantly. On the Labor Day holiday you think to have more than 1 server right before lunch. We came to Denny'sbecause my niece wanted pancakes for her birthday but we will unfortunately have to take our business elsewhere. Perhaps kickingus out was better for them in regards to avoiding a bad experience, but the bad experience is not avoided. This review ishopefully a opportunity to obtain good feedback to plan better in regards to staff. Read more

The food was fairly good. I had the All American Grand Slam with an extra side of gravy. Link sausages were barely warm. ... Skimpy on the bacon. Eggs, hash browns and extra side of gravy was good. Toast was good. Service was good. Took a long timeto get my order though. Read more

Ordered to go because we had five kids at this time and I wanted the cinnamon roll pancakes. When they got delivered and I... opened my order they looked like the picture. There was much food the sausage was like they put it in the microwave and thepancakes were NOTHING like the cinnamon roll pancakes. They were regular pancakes with a tiny bit of cinnamon sugar and a swirlof icing. I?ve had them many times from Denny?s and that isn?t even close to how they come.
