Lost our business, Terrible Customer Service! We have been patrons of this establishment for years and always ordered plain... fried rice, awhile back they did add an additional charge for this option. Today's visit ensured that we will never do businesswith this restaurant again. Upon ordering I was told the combo dinners could not have plain fried rice. I asked when thathappened as they had always done it before and I knew that they charged extra for it. The girl taking the order was quite snootyby saying "well I've never taken your order before and we can't do that", I asked again since when and she said she would haveto ask the manager. After asking someone, I can hear her end of the conversation not the person responding, she tells me that toget plain fried rice I would need to order all items individually that I can not order the combo dinners, which was at an evenhigher cost then their previous substitution charge. I agreed to order the items in the way she advised and even had her confirmafter she gave me the total and my order number that the order included plain fried rice. I pick up my order (and tipped) to gethome and find that they gave us regular fried rice. I called the restaurant immediately to let them know the order was wrong.The girl on the phone (same one that took the order) initally says she doesn't know what I'm talking about then proceeded to getan attitude and start lying saying she told me the rice would have all the normal items and that she specifically listed what isin the fried rice (she never did this) and that I was told the rice would not be plain. I let her know she did not tell me thatand asked her why if the rice was going to come exactly the same as if I ordered the combo dinner did she need to speak to amanager and then tell me I needed to order the items separately to get what I was requesting. Worst Orange chicken I ever had. More bread crumbs than chicken. Sauce was spicy. Never had spicy orange chicken. Didn't care... for it. Ordered pork fried rice. Rice had no flavor & no pork. The crab ragoons were good. Won't go back. Read more
Ordered sweet and sour pork. It wasn't sour at all. Food not so bad but wouldn't order it again. Portions are generous though.

I ordered Chicken Lo Mein while ordering I saw that you could make it spicy. I was very disappointed to find out that the... "spice" was mainly because of red pepper flakes a lot of them and it kind of took away from the food. That was a disappointment Read more
My husband and I ordered food from here yesterday. As I was finishing up the last few bites of my food I found two small pieces... of hard plastic in it. I called immediately to ask to speak with the manager and was told he wouldn?t be in until Tuesday. Itold who ever the young lady was that answered the phone that I found hard plastic in my food, and I was not happy about it. AndI may have swallowed a piece because I feel like something is stuck in my throat. She did apologize and offered a refund but Iwasn?t interested in neither. Reviews on staff are accurate. They were pretty rude luckily I was just getting take out. Food was a total flop though. Overall... just didn't taste great to justify the cost. Staff also advised NOT TO ORDER ONLINE as your order was more than likely going tobe wrong. Read more
