Zero stars if I could!!! This place is a joke. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen. i simply ordered popcorn, soda... and candy for a grand total of $83. The cost is whatever but at least give me what I ordered. I asked for a manager and theybring out the restaurant manager who gives no help and simply walks away asking what theater I’m in. The actual theatermanager would never come. Each person I spoke to had severe attitude. No thanks! I’ll go elsewhere……you lost a loyalcustomer over extremely poor customer service. The restaurant is open to outside so it's quite cold in the evening. The burger was correct, the fries not very crunchy or warm.... The pasta sauce was not good, the whole dish is not worthy of the price. The service was normal. We won't come back there forthe food. Read more

I love the coziness of the theater and it is usually very clean which is nice. They have a good menu selection and staff seemed... to have improved a lot over the last few months, with service being quicker and them actually remembering/bringing the fullorder. The loss of one star is due to mediocre food at high prices... Even the drinks are not that great but priced pretty highfor what you get.... Update 11/28: Been there a few more times. The service was not consistent. I don't recommend ordering food in the theater. You... might not get it until the movie is about to be over. The seats are not cleaned after eat showing. You may have to clean themess yourself. Disappointed that the experience is not improving. I have purchased some vouchers and never received them. Not really sure how this place works with a restaurant and a movie theater.You can eat in the restaurant or order food while watching a movie in the comfy recliner. Some just watched the movie. Joiningthe club saves you a few bucks. I did that online and purchased the movie tickets in person for two. Buying online is a goodoption and you can select seats too. On a school night, it's not crowded. The restaurant and theaters are on the second floor.The restaurant is right in the middle when you get in on either side. We went to sit 20 mins earlier and ordered some food. Youjust push the button where the menu is to get service. The lady came by after 10 mins to take our order. The menu option seemsless than the restaurant. We got the steak taco and kids Mac and cheese. The food came about 15 mins later just when the moviestarted. The reclining seats are very nice and comfy. Just about anywhere has a good view of the large screen. I like themiddle section. On the side, you might get distracted by waitresses taking orders. The recliners vibrate to match the movie'ssound system. Not if that is just the bass but I like it. You can hear people's utensils banging on the plates unless peopleorder finger food. Since it's not crowded, didn't really noticed much and really enjoyed the movie. If you don't like to getdistracted at all, this is not the place for you. A movie theater for adults. This place has a full snack and food menu with an extensive non-alcoholic (including coffee drinks)... and wine/beer by the glass or bottle. Awesome that a waitperson comes by and takes your order before the movie starts. But theservice is slow for them to bring what you ordered (we had a bottle of bubbly, popcorn, and edamame). Didn’t get what weordered into way after the movie started. Nice alternative to watching a movie at home - big, comfy recliner chairs (reclinesalmost horizontally) and a big screen with great sound. Great experience and I am coming back soon! You can order every from your recliner. Real plates and real utensils and cloth... napkins are a plus.The food and drinks were delicious and refreshing. Sorry no pics of the food and drinks they didn't last verylong because I was hungry and thirsty, they were good though! Order the shrimp tacos they are fire! A club type atmosphere withthe bar and live DJ, the sound system is great and the lighting was right on. Believe me y'all can get used to it. I can't waitfor another movie date with my wife! I love that San Ramon has brought this! One of my favorite places now (not that I had one before... At least not here in San... Ramon). Their cocktails and wine selection are great. The food is fresh and delicious and they have a little bit ofeverything. The ambiance is so wonderful! Relaxing yet lively, their music selection is on point, the managers visiting andchatting it up with customers, the attention from the servers, everything is great! If you want to stay and catch a movie,great! Grab your glass of wine, cocktail, or beer, walk into the theater, find your seats and kick your feet up in the comfyrecliner seats. Didn't get dinner beforehand, or want another glass of wine, or a snack?? Just push the button on your seat anda server will come and take your order! This is such a great place....
