Cancelled my online order with no explanation and tried to play dumb. I set this order hours in advance so there shouldn?t have... been issues with the payment, I got the confirmation email saying it was cancelled 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick itup. If there was something you didn?t have, we could?ve at least made a compromise. No other subway in the area offers the 2 $5footlongs so that was more salt added to the wound after having to come out here for nothing. Read more
Great selection of breads and sandwich stuffings. Quick and friendly service. Has a restroom. Good selection of soft drinks,... just no coffee. Lots of different chips for you to choose from. Good location. Well light and near Alcosta and San Ramon ValleyBoulevard. Read more

Horrible staff with attitude problems. I wonder why @Subway is not taking any action on them. Either train them in soft skills... and people management, or fire them! Also, the portions are so less, can't even taste them. When asked to add more onions, sheliterally put two small pieces on the sandwich. I had ordered 3 sandwiches during the same order at the same time and I had totell her to add some more onions on all 3 of the subs repeatedly. The staff makes the customer feel as if they are being judgedfor selecting the toppings. As one of the person's review mentioned, rolling of eyes. Will. Never. Visit. Again. I think customer service is horrible and they do not honor their coupons. They even put small portions of food on the sandwich.... We are never coming back to this particular subway. Read more
The worst Subway service! The lady kept on rolling her eyes while completing our orders, judging my choices or whatever We... will not go back again, even though we live so close. We will go further to get better service. No need to pay money andreceive crappy judging attitudes from nobody over sandwiches. Read more
