I ordered caramel macchiato. But it was just sweeted water. Totally disappointed. 01/07/2020 2:00 p.m. she was very unskilled.
I asked for peppermint mocha and did not get that. Wanted extra hot so didnt taste till I was like 4 miles away on home. Too far... to go back. Not real happy since it is over $4. Guess I'll have to talk realllly slowwww so they get it next time. Read more

We have had some pleasant experiences at this location. There are times when they are under staffed and the line gets pretty... long but the employees have been friendly and multiple times I have decided to try a new beverage and they have always offeredto make something else if I don't like the drink. They also tend to run out of their pastries pretty often which I find amusingsince they are located next to the Safeway bakery. Read more
I?m a regular here and my drinks are usually made pretty well. However, I went in today and they had put a new worker who was... barely trained on drinks alone to which I had to tell her how to make my matcha and what instruments to use from how I?ve seenthem make it. Mind you I have never and do not work at Starbucks. I will not be returning to a place who treats their coworkerslike this and couldn?t give her the decency to fully train her or schedule another person with her. If there is a shortage inworkers then just close this location and transfer the workers to another location that can actually utilize and train them!
