The worst cup of coffee at a Starbucks I've ever had. The person behind the counter added tap water to a 3/4 fill cup of old... cold coffee. I can get that out of an old vending machine, so why would I ever go back to this place. I wonder if anyone evenmanages this place, because it doesn't seem like the staff even cares. Took forever to get just a glass of water, final i had to stand by cash register and show my credit card to get my puppy a glass... of water. Dont think barrista working on that day deserves to be there serving patrons, so unstarbucksi. Thanks to person atcash register to get two glasses of water for thirsty pet. Read more

I have been going to this place frequently for the past three years. I go there to read or work. And I always look forward to... visiting this place because of their drinks, staff, and the atmosphere. The staff there is really what has me going to thisplace every time. Their customer service is phenomenal. They are so sweet, friendly, and always working very hard. Theygenuinely care for their customers. Their drinks always taste great. This place is always clean. They have nice indoor andoutdoor seating. In short, Alcosta Starbucks is amazing, and it always feels like home. Read more

As the store reopens, it's returning to more normal busy-ness. That said, the workers remain pleasant and REMEMBER OUR NAMES.... It's like going home, but to really tasty coffee drinks. Read more
