Came here with family for dinner on a weekday. The staff here is amazing, especially our host. Super helpful, attentive and... hilarious. The food and wine we all enjoyed was delicious.. definitely would come back for the rib eye dinner and cauliflowerappetizer! Read more

Unbelievable service is the first thing that comes to mind. Jenny F. was our waitress and she was an absolute doll. We went to... Delarosa for a quick bite to eat for my wife's birthday and the food could not have been any better. My wife had a delicioussalad, my daughter had the chicken panini, and my son and I split a flippin awesome pepperoni pizza and cesaer salad. We closedthe lunch with delicious cappuccinos, ice cream and some specialty donuts. The entire experience is the perfect recipe to getcustomers to come back. Highly recommend delarosa in San Ramon. Service is great and quick. Location and outdoor seating is also great. Food on the other hand was only ok. I got the panini and... garlic bread and marinara. Panini was good but missed sufficient sauce garlic bread was great but the marinara sauce was toowatered down. My wife got the pesto pasta. Pesto tasted like the one from Costco which is not bad but a bit greasy and potatoeswere not baked and raw Read more

Highlight of our visit was that the service was good! Ordered cocktails which seemed quite pricey for the quantity and flavor.... For kids we got cheese pizza and penne pasta - both were good. For adults we got pizza (spinach, heirloom tomatoes, feta, provolone and garlic oil) and we asked for extra bell peppers and mushrooms - it was good but $25 seemed a lot for it. Don?tthink I will be back here anytime soon. Read more

The food is good and the service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and they all seem to know their jobs and all about... their food. We particularly like their pizzas because they're not expensive but they have excellent texture and are very thincrusted. They are conveniently located on the ground floor kitty corner from Slanted Door. Read more

Food was good and tasty. Could have been cooked a bit longer as pasta was somewhat under cooked and the 2 clams were chewy. ... Nevertheless it was a good experience vs great. Nice location and interesting salad combination, especially Beet Salad $14.00 (highly recommend). Pizza wise, well, there are... better ones out there. Tried the artichokes one for $18.00 and was not impressed at all. Absolutely average grade, the one youcan get in the store and cook yourself at home. The host is a bit on the rude side demanding proof of vaccination for thoseforgot the phone in the car to provide one. Had to lunch outside. Pleasant service by Edgar and that?s what gets the stars, thank you. Next time - will definitely give some other place at the City Center a try. Read more

Food is expensive, but decent. I eat lots of pizza pretty much everywhere I travel. This pizza is fine, but definitely... expensive for what it is. The pasta we ordered was meh. Skip. Even my wife wasn't happy, and shes easy. The fried calamari, surprisingly was great. It came with a super juicy grilled lemon. Nice! Last, but not least. Our server was *crazy rude*. Iasked for the check and he came back with his credit card machine and just stood in front of me with his hand out. I said, "Iasked for the check. Don't I get to see what I'm paying for before you go ahead and charge me?" He rolled his eyes and turnedthe screen towards me so I could look over the digital list of items. As if I was somehow asking for the world for simplywanting to SEE MY check! I handed him my card and he runs it. Then he turns the machine back to me while he stares at meponder how much to tip. I told him, "Hey man, it's kind of awkward and rude that you literally hover over me for this" He showsa look of exasperation and doesn't move. I put in a 10% tip because now *I AM* annoyed. He asks if I want my receipt. I sayyes and he walks away. When he comes back he literally tosses my receipt on the table and quickly turns his back in me with noeye contact before walking away. Not a word spoken. Great experience! Thanks for ruining my experience there, Pedro. Read more
