I had the worse experience at this location. I went with my sisters and as soon as we walked in we, we were greeted with dirty... looks. One by one we ordered our ice cream, and when it was time for us to pay, our experience at this location went downhill.One of the workers basically threw my sisters ice cream on the counter, while we were all lined up at the register. The employeehelping me was very nice but the cashier was VERY RUDE! he threw our money at us, and when we asked for lids he threw those aswell. From the moment we came through the door, the cashier was not friendly nor was his customer service good at all. Hopefullycorporate can nip this in the bud before someone else have this unfortunate experience. I hope that customer service isimportant and this is handled accordingly. Bad customer services. If I could give a zero, I would have for my experience today. The store was empty with two helper... behind the counter today when I walked in. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothies, which the first guy took his sweet time goingto the back room to retrieve the mixer bowl. When he came out he asked again what flavor I wanted, and instead on MANGO pineapple, he told his buddy it is pineapple, and they both pushing back and forth on who would make it. By that time there is aline behind me, about 6 customers. So the 2nd guy prepared the ordered and let the machine ran, and went to help the 3rdcustomer, while the 1st guy took another smoothie order and quickly prepared, and cashier's for the 2nd order. There 3rd, 4th,5th were also done at that time, the 2nd helper keep looking back at my smoothies but instead of finishing it, he went to helpthe 6th customers in store. The 1st guy saw me standing in front of his cashier waiting and asked what did I get. I waved myempty hands to him, and he asked me DID I ORDER? Told him yes, and he looked at the smoothie machine, shrugged then continuewith the cashier charges for the rest of their customers. I asked them if I ever gonna be served, they acted as if they had noidea what my issue was about, so I left the store Would not returned as this was not my first time dealing with rude helpershere at this store. Ya there were ice chunks in my ice cream and staff took forever to make a simple ice cream with two mix ins. One of my mix ins... was stale. Should've bought some trader joes ice cream from next to it, would've saved my wife and I 10 bucks. Read more
Well I like the Cold Stone franchise in general so part of my rating is based on a general appreciation for good ice cream mixed... with fun toppings. As for this location we just went there yesterday and got some tasty ice cream and had a good experience. Theemployees were nice young kids and the location is a cute little round gazebo looking shape in a nice courtyard area of theshopping center. Read more
Rude workers. Two women who helped us acted like it was a big deal when we wanted the Kirby desert in the actual Kirby cup! More... of a sigh about having to do it rather than a smile. Very unfortunate to see from a coldstone store where other stores have beengreat. Read more
