Canyon Lakes Brewery has a great selection of beers brewed on site. Normally the regular menu has several good selections. When... we went there it was Oktoberfest and featured a German themed menu. My wife had pork schnitzel. My wife is Czech and knows porkschnitzel well. This schnitzel was under seasoned, and should have been pounded to make the meat thinner before cooking it. Ihad the brats plate with German potato salad. The brats were fine, but the potato salad was subpar. We like going to thisplace, but will pass during Oktoberfest. Read more

The staff at the course is extremely friendly and the food inside the brewery was delicious. The Golf Course however is... terrible more dirt then grass . So many dead areas and horrible greens . You're better off pulling over on 680 and playing inthe brush on the side of the highway. Definitely not worth paying $80 more like a muni course and should be priced around $40.I wouldnt recommend playing the course its shot to the bone. Read more

Great public course in San Ramon. Onsite brewery with solid food options and reasonably priced. The course itself is... challenging, with some unique holes and some beautiful views on 17 and 18. Just a great place to hang out, grab a bite and abrew. Read more

Beautiful and challenging mountain course in great condition. The brewery is an awesome bonus.

Played it 3/11 21 $34 on Golfnow and it was over priced by at least $20. At one time this course was real nice but it's in total... disrepair,. The front 9 needs a lot of work. The first and ninth hole looks nice though since that's what is seen from the clubhouse. Read more

It was a challenging golf course with some beautiful views. The only problem was the sand pitts were too soft and hadn't been... raked in a while. I would definitely go back though. As a blind golfer, some of the narrow fairways were very challenging. Read more

Fast green and challenging layout! Convenient location less than a short drive from 680 exit, this course will lure you to come... back again and again for revenge. But better bring your A game, especially on the green. Don't go long over the green and chipbelow the pin is the key to score low here. Best luck! Read more
