My husband went to pick dinner up from this taco bell location tonight, the total was $49.52. Usually, we get a box with the... tacos inside, but for some reason everything was tossed in a bag he asked if his everything was in the bad, but the drive thrugirl ignored him and walked away from the window. Thinking that she may not have heard him he waited for her to return to thewindow and she looked annoyed that he was still there. She confirmed everything was in the bag so he asked for extra hot sauce.She replied she had already had given him hot sauce and told him the store policy is to give 1 packet per item, which would havebeen 20 packets. It was clear to him that she hadn't Clearly given him enough packets according to their own policy and he again requested more pacekets. She then gave him 3 additional packs of hot sauce, which was a joke! by then he was upset and told herthat he wouldn't be turning to that Taco Bell in the future, and get this, her reply was WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Thiswas the response of the so called manager, who just so happen to be working the drive thru..we obviously filled out the surveyon the receipt..This broad deserves to be fired for such as stupid reply! Too bad the reviews are most likely not read by theowners of the franchise. Read more
This is a newer Taco Bell that is a franchise and not a corporate location. I tried to use a coupon for two free items it read... any items and they told me they are not corporate and offered me two tacos. I declined and got two steak tacos at a corporatelocation. Aside from that experience, the food is typical of Taco Bell. This location is nice and clean but very small with fewindoor and outdoor seating options. The drive thru seems to be the most popular choice at this location. Read more

The store stays clean, food stays fresh and hot, and the employees will make sure to... closely listen to every customer's requests or criticism to make sure that everyone's needs are met & they can walk away feelingfull and content with a smile on their face ???? Most fast food joints don't deserve 5stars, but this particular taco bell absolutely does! Their staff is so uniquely friendly... and fun and cool! You can really tell they have a lot of fun at their place of business and they seem to be a family of sorts,their customer service is above and beyond, worth checking out! Read more
Had a $65 order and it's the dinner rush. Alot of employees are new and it took a bit longer than normal. I would've been... annoyed if it wasn't for Willie and Forest. They were polite and helpful consistently, will return because of them for sure. Themanager, the girl was getting a bit short with them cause she's frustrated and it showed though. Read more
I had two different transactions since I was coming from work. The guy at the drive through said since there was a car behind me... I couldn't place two orders. What's the issue. It's gonna take you the same amount of time to make $55 worth of food, or a $20and $35 order? So I had to go back through the drive through on my 30 minute lunch break to order twice. 2nd time the line ispacked. Absolutely ridiculous dude. His response to me was "whatever".
