They left off three of my sides on door dash. I called three times but no one answered so I had to drive there. The person who... said they were on charge, Kristopher Ordoñez said he could not give me a large red beans and rice instead of a small ascompensation for my gas and time having to correct their mistake. He told me to talk to door dash. Door Dash didn?t prepare myorder. I showed him my receipt, now he has my address. Unsafe. He refused to give me his supervisor?s name. He was rude. The food was great, but the line was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to go through a 7 car line. Each car took 4 to 5... minutes. I also had to repeat most of my order multiple times. All I had was a spicy sandwich meal with no pickles and extrasauce. Mac n cheese. Sprite. All my food came out correct. You could never go wrong with eating Popeyes. The good from this specific restaurant is good, but unpredictable. I ordered some... chicken nuggets a few days back but they were more doughy than chicken. But the rest of the food was excellent. The chickensandwich, cajun fries, mac and cheese, tenders, apple pie, and strawberry lemonade were perfect. Also, make sure to double checkyour order when going to drive thru. Management and employees are not good and rude. They locked the doors and inconvenience many customers that got out of their... cars to dine in. They also served me a old piece of chicken. Next time I will take a picture of the bad chicken. They are sorude... the employee saw my face and place an old piece of chicken in my box deliberately while I was in the drive thru.
