Got the wrong order. Didn't know until I got home and the kid took one bite and says "this isn't spicy." I said no cheese, not... no condiments at all. None of the phone numbers work. I have to get back in the car and go all the way across town to fix amess I didn't make. And none of the published phone numbers work. Read more
I gave it five stars for convenience. Ever get a craving for a sour dough jack after midnight and your brain and stomach won't... accept "no" for an answer? You know the feeling. The drive through at 2am is always open to satisfy the urge. The new grillchicken sandwich is also an option (at any hour) when a burger is not going to fulfill the need. Read more
I believe this is the second time I've gone to Jack in the Box recently and I've been impressed. Each time I was pleasantly... surprised by the energy of the employees.
