I've never had an experience this bad at a Jack in the box. Staff seemed like kids playing around, including throwing food!... Watched as a staff member threw my order to the server girl, who laughed it off, and then passes me the order. Fries were stail,container barely filled even though I ordered a large (and yes I checked the bag for stray fries, none). I was supposed to get amilkshake, and guess what, they did not have. I asked for a refund since this was a mobile order, and girl didn't know how to doit, said I would have to call customer support. How was also very disappointed about the sandwich, as it's not what I ordered.Just a complete mess today... Will avoid this location in the future Read more
Wow!! This planet fitness is just amazing. I joined about 2 months ago by the recommendation of a friend who is 85 years old.... I am 65. The gym is spotless and the staff are very friendly. They've eliminated all the low/moderate cost items from the menu. The soda fountain has been disabled so you have to ask for... refills. They play the radio real loud, mostly commercials mixed with a few old top 40 hits. It's pretty obvious they don't wantanyone sitting down to eat inside, which is too bad, I used to come here all the time. I understand it's hard to get peoplewilling to work fast food, and it's easier to just run everything through the drive-thru, but I miss the ability to have aninexpensive sit down meal. The people that work here are nice, and the food is basically what you expect from Jack in the Box.Maybe fast food will someday return to hosting a clean comfortable place to eat, but for now, they seem only interested in thedrive-thru and delivery. I love JITB for my kids, but I really wish you guys would embrace Impossible Burger. All I can eat is a side salad now that I've... been advised by physicians to avoid meat. Still 4/5 because I know their Burgers are amazing from when I *was* able to eat more.The fresh ingredients always make their burgers so good. Sometimes, I get Two of these Tacos for 99cents, which is a pretty good deal. when I don?t feel like spending too much out of my... pocket, still want to feel good in my stomach, I get these pretty affordable tacos ???? and curly fries from jack in box. Bought the new stacked bacon combo. Not much bacon, cold, and not on correct bun. Not even the cheeses were melted. So... disgusted. Plus we waited for almost 5 mins. My husband had a old dry bun on his also not cooked well with no bacon???? Dont gothere its reidiculous. Read more
I asked them for a sourdough jack with no tomato and add egg and they told me they couldn't do it. Ive done this several times... at Jack in the Box ever since they got rid of the Brunch burger, but for some reason this particular Jack in the Box in Haywardwouldn't let me. Other Jack in the boxes in Hayward allow this customization. Read more
