Ordered Santa Barbara Char for in-store pick up but got an incorrect burger without avocado (the key ingredient). After calling... service center, we were told to go back store for a new burger, which sounds reasonable. We did ask if we should bring the oldone back, she said no. But when we drove back at about 9pm for a correct burger, we were questioned why we did not bring thewrong one back. Eventually we were only offered avocado with disrespect. Had to drive twice to get the right order and receivedcondenscending eyes from the staff there. Very disappointed!!! Read more
