Employees are playing music with adult language, Mother F'r etc blaring so loud that they can barely hear you make an order over... the noise. Not to mention numerous children listening to lyrics that I won't mention. I get that it is hard to find employeesright now, but no excuse for this...plenty of ways to avoid, correct this. I saw a bad review and thought man how picky, it's just JJ! But all these negative reviews are right! The two employees were... completely backed up with online orders, so they need more staff. Understandable, but they completely ignored me when I came in.I wasn't sure which register to go to, and when the employee finally approached one he just stood there without saying anythinguntil I asked "Do you want me over there?" The lady behind me got her drink first, no biggie, but seems weird. Definitelyirritated at the lack of customer service training, plus a year's worth of bad reviews on here that they obviously don't careabout, as they haven't fixed any of the same issues that keep coming up. Extremely poor business practice, save the "I'msorry..." replies! Read more
