Very rude young lady behind the counter disregarding a Dasher trying to ask a question, while another employee was helping a... customer. Telling him "NO WAIT" very bluntly then saying "Not you guys to the other customers" because she knew she was beingrude. I'm sorry but dashers are in your store on behalf of your customers, treating them rudely and making them wait whilefulfilling numerous other customers orders before even acknowledging them is very rude! It's one thing if the Dasher is tryingto cut you off while speaking with other customers or continue asking questions but this wasn't the case. I'm sorry your havinga tough night but it's not the dashers fault or problem. I was also 30 min. Late on my order because apparently dashers pickingup orders for customers that aren't physically in the store just aren't important enough to get service. Sorry to the customersthat had their orders delayed, what a shame. We represent your customers please be kind to us! Read more

Googled "frozen yogurt" and this Coldstone was the first result. Walked straight there. They don't have frozen yogurt. So I... sighed and paid $5.12 for a scoop of strawberry lemonade sorbet the size of a tennis ball. Paid with a $20 bill. Change was allsingles, "that's all we got." Read more
