Do not order double protein, when double meat costs 33% of a regular burrito you should expect... DOUBLE MEAT. My double chicken... portion was so small I couldn't believe it would even be a regular sized portion. This is not the first time this happened andobviously is outrageous enough for me to write a review. Do not mobile order double protein, go in person, ask for regularportions, then ask to double, so they don't BS you with small portions of double meat. Portions getting smaller and smaller... not worth the price at all

Out of the past 100 visits, they have been late about 20 times, forgetten an item about 5 times. Do not place online orders... under a female or nonbinary name or you will for sure get less (sad that I have to say this). The only items I ever get arebowls or salads because they are the best value. Recently they've cut the guacamole rations and it's no longer worth it. Decentservice overall though, and if you ask for a refund under valid circumstance they will give it to you. Read more
Food is typical Chipotle. They were out of Diet Coke and napkins, which is odd. Staff was friendly and helpful. Saw the... manager deal with a very unreasonable customer, and she was very professional. Kudos. Read more
I been a Chipotle Client even before any San Mateo locations, I use to drive to Millbrae, was so happy when the finally open... close by, I been to the foster city location no issues, but the closest to me it?s park place, I honestly never happy with them,I always order 4 burritos and I hate they never cook the tortillas one by one, I?m the nicest person and I hate to saysomething, im a foodie and no I don?t eat uncooked flour tortillas, every time we get home and have to recooked them on a pan,the other issue is that they are making them ridiculous small, my kids love chipotle as live as I do, I bothers me how littlebarbacoa they are putting, again I hate say anything, tonight my kids says mom let?s get chipotle for dinner, I took a breakfrom cooking and off we went, same order as always, white rice black beans, again uncooked tortillas, the first two burritoswere tiny, I was getting so upset, the the other two even smaller, I had to say something, I was so ridiculous, I said excuseme, that?s tiny, I noticed the lady got so upset she rolled her eyes at me, I asked for both salsas, one of the containers wasempty and she just scraped wherever was left just to finish my burrito, she was so uncomfortable but I was also uncomfortable,$46 later and 4 tiny burritos, here is a picture of 1 of them, it?s crazy, I can cover it with my palm ? I arrived @ 11am right when open I requested 2 burrito bowls with the new garlic steak. The steak was left over and dry. It was... not fresh. I would?ve thought that first thing in the morning all food should be freshly cooked it was dry and chewy. beneathchipotle quality.???????????? Read more
