So for 22 years I've lived about 2 miles down the rd. from this Taco Bell, it's had its ups and downs, usually depending on... who's managing it at the time period, but I have a friend who is vegetarian and it happens to be one of the only places he caneat, due to the fact that most places put meat in almost everything, and he can get a couple cheesy bean and rice burritos for abuck or two a piece. However every time we order I ask for extra cheese and sauce, cause there's never enough, and they chargean extra $1.20, which I don't mind paying for, it's never on it, like I can't count how many times this has happened. It's notjust annoying it's gotten incredibly irritating, I can't understand how this could happen almost every time we go there, come onpeople take just a little pride in the things you do, it's just as easy as that, you are going to make it anyway, so do a decentjob of it. Food was as expected for taco bell, went through drive through and it was pretty quick but the customer service was fantastic.... She was nice, didn't make me feel rushed at the speaker and when at the window was super friendly. Read more

Placed an online order at 12:20ish and pulled up around 12:40, 20 minutes before they close, and im told that they 1) didn?t get... the order and 2) can?t take ours at the window because they already cleaned up?? Why? I?ve worked in food service as well asother service areas and we?ve never closed or stopped taking orders 20 minutes before closing lol. I?m literally followingbehind this guy who was in front of me at the other Taco Bell drive thru so I?m sure the owner loves losing service lmao ????. Read more

Counted only 3 employees. Had to order at kiosk (no counter help). Extremely slow service. Gave my order away to someone else.... Then upon remaking my order, messed it up. Not a good representation of the brand! Read more

I can tell they have mostly new people so it took a bit longer to get my food and im ok with that. Lot of pressure and a lot of... customers and they handle it very well. I expect these same folks to kill it in the near future and give excellent service. Read more

I visited about mid morning just before breakfast was about to end. I came in and used the kiosks to order. I absolutely love... the kiosks and wish every fast food restaurant had them. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even helping a couple orderat the cashiers. I was very surprised by how clean and neat everything was. My food came out very fast and everything wascorrect. The sign telling you that you'll get faster service if you order at the Kiosk must be a joke because this "fast food" restaurant... took 18 mins to complete our order. The lobby wasn't full. The drive thru wasn't busy. They were just really really slow. Therewas a new employee who was super friendly and gave great customer service... but I felt bad for them because the personanswering their questions and "training" them was a little condescending. Further when I alerted them to an issue with the sodamachine, they already knew about it and the entire time I was inp the lobby... they never bothered to fix it. Apparently thisis a hangout... cause while I was here some random dude who didn't work there was allowed by the employee training the newperson to go in the back and visit with employees. As far as I know that's a health code violation. Further they don't botherto wrap the burritos correctly so we had no idea which item was which. The printed names are there for a reason not justdecoration. I'll never visit here again. Read more

Pulled up to the window at midnight. They list close time at 1am. The person in the drive thru said they are only taking online... orders so I parked and put my order in. The app even said open until 1am. I then went back around to the drivethru to get myorder and was greeted with a ?sorry we are closed.? If you didn?t want to make the food just tell me you?re closed in thefirst place. Time is my most valuable asset and you wasted it. Sitting in a mcDs drivethru now writing this. Could haveavoided a bad review if you didn?t lie to customers. Read more
