The two employees I just encountered with seem to absolutely despise their jobs my brothers and I felt like a burden to them... when I literally spent 25 dollars here. They are out of a lot of things it seems the only bread option they had left after myorder was the white bread. You're gonna be waiting when there's only two employees at this location. A lot of silence fills the air when you come in and... see the line. Its kinda funny. The employees were nice. However it just seemed like only one employee wanted to work.. But theservice is just SLOW! Read more

The guy with purple in his hair must have been new, at least I hope he was. It took so long it began to seem like someone was... messing with me. Then after that the purple hair fellow ushered in Christmas he gave me the sandwich the lady behind me ordered.Didn't realize till I got home. It was a veggie sub and ordered the Italian BMT. This location is short staff I will give them that benefit of the doubt. However, the staff that this subway does have are super... slow and lackadaisical. If there is no one in line it will take you about 10 mins to get 1 Sandwhich. I love subway andunfortunately this is my closest location? I keep coming back with high hopes but this store NEVER delivers. Read more

One star just to be able to leave a review. This is for management to revaluate having Richard as a staff member. Very... unprofessional, childish over the phone, and hung up in my face. All because your online service wouldn't process my order, so Icalled in to place it, I addressed your staff member professionally explained what was happening online. Richard response wasrude and unprofessional, in return I responded back with well you lost my business and he became even more so childish. Hung upin my face. Hopefully he will be dealt with. I really wanted to rate higher,because the crew that was there yesterday (sat Nov 20,5:30)was so nice..so most definitely 5... stars to them. The only 2 problems were I ordered 2 foot longs and one the bread was very,very hard..the other was good..alsodidn't realize till I was in my truck that the soda was flat..It's not something that will keep me from not coming back,justnext time I will check it out before I leave..anyways the service is great,just needs improvement on when to throw out the breadthat has been there sitting for a while...again I will try one more time..???????? This subway is constantly out of supplies and its the summer when there are even less customers than normal. They ran out of... tuna by 1:30pm on a Tuesday. They constantly put things on the menu that they haven't made since 2017 (jalapeno cheddar) yetthey keep updating signs with the calorie count and it confuses me. This place is great for when your in a pinch and willing tosettle. Read more
