Food was good. Would recommend. Shake was a runny and they never put onions on my coney even though I always ask for them.

This place always messes up the order or forgets an item. This most recent visit I was given a blue coconut drink instead of the... slush which is sprite with blue coconut syrup added and I am not a fan of sprite. It's over priced small greasy food. Read more

Man, the food is fine if you?re willing to wait 45 minutes for your online order. This is not ?fast? food. If I order online and... say that I want my food asap then why is it that it?s never out within 30 minutes? I am displeased. Read more

Using the app to order is hit or miss here. Three corndogs and three drinks should not have taken 30 minutes! When I ordered I... checked in with a person by pressing the button as the screen said there was a mishap with check in. Spoke to a lady and wastold my order was there and would be out in a timely manner. Had to push the button again to find out were my order was. Orderwas brought out by a co-manager. When asked why it took so long was told I never checked in. My guess is they forgot about myorder. Barely got an apology but nothing else. Horrible customer service all around. Read more

Slow service, wrong orders inside that I could see was not clean. If your not staffed that?s understandable but be honest with... people. I would just recommend going to the Sonic by the outlets. Waited 32 minutes to receive the order wrong and cold. Ibelieve in give places multiple chances but I don?t think I will be returning after this time. Read more

I know is a fast food but I rated very low because the service.. This was the situation.. I ordered 3 route 44 soft drinks. The... guy took my order said how much it will be.. Then.. nothing.. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes and nothing... I was pushing the redbutton to call them and no answer... Finally I got out of my car and went to the window to see what's going on and the lady whocome out told me they was short of staff that's why they wasn't delivering anything... For real!!!!!! I don't mind to puck up myorder if they said something like.. we are short on staff.. could you come over to the window and pick up your order? I will doit!! People was on the same situation like us and no body from sonic said anything!! Horrible service for a fast food ???? !! Read more

Ordered through the app & had to press the button for them to bring my drink after 20+ minutes passed after it said they were... on the way with the drink. Got my drink and it tasted funny. Decided to pour it out and this was at the bottom. Not sure what itis but this is NASTY. Would not recommend going there. Read more

Had such a horrid experience this morning. We ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese meals. Waited 25 minutes and they brought out... our meals. Both were missing tater tots. Meat was all burned and hardly any egg. We sent it back and asked for it to be re made.The pictures I have posted is the remakes. The tater tots looked burned but were soggy from oil. Having worked in restaurantsthat is because the fryer oil is old. They look done but they are not because the oils dirty. I emailed the manager listed onthe door twice. Once while waiting another 20 minutes for a remake and once for the pictures of the re made food. No reply as ofyet and I do not expect one. I've gotten this meal so many times in the last 15 years I could go in and make it myself. Youremployees walked around with no hussle, no smiles, with full stalls and horrid wait times. I will never go to this locationagain. DO BETTER! Read more
