Asked for a avacado turkey and replace turkey with chicken. Instead they brought chicken and turkey stuffed into sandwich and it... was wrapped into a paper the moment i opened the wrap every fell like a mudpile. I have never experieced such a mud likesandwich. Very specifically asked to replace turkey with chicken they added$2 for replace double checked with them it will be areplacement they said yes. But when sandwich came it was terrible. I had to throw away $12 worth of sandwich after eating aquarter of it. visited 8/28/2022 afternoon avoid this store by all means. Read more
We stopped here Aug 2 after shopping at the Outlet Stores before a long drive home. We ordered 4 sandwich meals. In serving our... drinks (tea) we found there was no tea or ice. The server was asked about getting ice and tea, when she said she was too busy.In asking her why sell a product you don't have she said I am not selling you ice. Our sandwiches were ordered as avocado andturkey.. there was no avocado on them. When the same server was told there was avocado she said I don't make the sandwiches.The employee had time to stock potatoes chips but never provide our tea. Terrible customer service. Waited to be waited on & the guy working definitely gets pd by the hour. Asked for our sandwich... certain ways but didn't get it that way. I went back up to the counter to get the sandwich stuff right & I was not acknowledge &he went to the person to get their order. They ordered Cinnabons & he took his time with those & waited by the microwave,while still not seeing what I needed & my sandwich is now not warm. So we took the tomatoes off of the sandwich & finally gotthe extra olives that I asked for. Was my husband's first time eating at a schlotzkys terrible way to try to win him over. Pizza is a little salty crust !! I am new this place so this crust of this type is common I guess Tomato basil soup is tasty
Haven't been Schlotzsky's in forever. Everything was great including the service. I ordered 2 veggie sandwiches which were great... and tasted fresh and everything I remember Schlotzsky's should have. Unfortunately they messed on the bread, wanted jalapenosbread but instead received the sourdough which was great but not what I had ordered. I'm sure they would have switched it outbut I was in crunched for time. Regardless that's the only reason why it's 4 starts but sandwich is great and recommend thisplace for sure. Read more
The bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper or paper towels. You can not lock the stall doors in bathroom. Dont even feel safe.... The sandwich was dry and we had to ask several times for more mustard. It was not a good experience at all. Very disappointing.The place was dirty and we had to clean our own table! Read more
Service was great when taking our order. Pizza was too salty to enjoy. The sandwiches I ordered almost came out all right.... Except one had lettuce that I asked no lettuce for. The place did not look clean and was not clean. Both trash disposals werefull all the way to the top and more. Shifts started and ended while we were eating and employees never emptied the overflowingtrash. This schlotzkys definitely needs more help. We enjoyed the variety of chip selections. Read more
