The case of the missing coleslaw..... Was there yesterday and overall good quality restaurant, especially considering the large... volume of customers these employees process minute by minute. That being said, it took three employees to get my missing itemto complete my order. When I asked the first girl standing at the counter to please give me a coleslaw left out of my order,she quickly went to cook window and said she needed a coleslaw. Noone acknowledged that they heard her by repeating it back andthe counter girl returned to the register where she took orders and seemed to forget about me. The 2nd girl who I asked wascoming up with food orders to shout out customers names. After she sent out about three orders to customers, she asked if shecould help me. She did the same thing the first girl did and not one food prep acknowledged her request either for the missingCole slaw. After about 5 more minutes standing at the front counter, the 3rd counter girl came up and asked me how she couldhelp. "I did not get my coleslaw in my order. And you are the 3rd person I have told this to." Three times the charm on themissing cole slaw. Something about this girl's presence and command of her voice that she was acknowledged immediately andthrough the food prep window the coleslaw came. Unlike the first two employees, I really appreciated the 3rd employeesprofessionalism of follow through because she stayed at the food prep window until she got that coleslaw. Read more
Great as always, the food was ready and hot and since I had it as pickup, I only had to fill my drink and leave, which was... perfect. One of my favorite things I love about Cane's is their sauce, it's so good!! And their menu are very affordable in myopinion unlike other restaurants. Read more

They are always quick to greet us when we walk in and take our order. I never have had a bad experience and I hope I never do.... The drive thru is just as quick as ordering inside. They make the food pretty fast. The toast is just right. The fries are notto soggy and not too hard. The chicken can be requested extras fried if you want. If you do pick up to go I highly suggest youopen the lids until you get home so the good doesn?t get soggy. I hate soggy wet feeling chicken. Read more
3am; super busy BUT super satisfied! Great customer service, explained my order back perfectly especially since I changed a few... items for something else. Quickly got my food to me even when I ordered unsalted extra crispy fries. (They were perfectlycrispy!) Got my toast buttered on both of the sides and it was heavenly! Chicken was piping hot to the touch and juicy whileeating. Even at 3 in the morning they made it right. Definitely will be coming back again! Read more
After almost getting kicked out of the Academy store, my friend group decides to grab a quick bite before calling it a night. We... try going to Mickey Dee?s, but it was tragically closed that night. We contemplated jaywalking over to Whataburger that wasacross the street because of the complexity of getting the car over there, but we decided it?d be best to search for anotherdestination. We finally decide on Cane?s. We make the drive going down a pretty sus road but we finally make it to Cane?s.Unfortunately, the line was sooo long. It even went into the street. After I got an opportunity to get to a parking spot, we goinside and order. The people.. amazing. The time it took to get our orders.. almost instantaneous. The customer service evenafter receiving our orders.. absolutely amazing. They definitely deserve credit for what must have been a hectic night for them. Read more
